You choose between an in-home session in your own living room, or a fully styled session in our calm, private studio on Darley Street, Mona Vale. Both options run 60–90 minutes, paced entirely around your baby.
We work within the first 14 days, when newborns are still deeply sleepy and naturally curl. The session blends gentle posed portraits with quiet lifestyle moments — a tiny hand on your finger, the way your partner looks at them, siblings meeting for the first time. Nothing rushed, nothing forced.
Within 14 days of your session, your full edited gallery is delivered privately online. From there, you choose your favourites and we handle prints, albums, and keepsakes in studio or by post.
Hospital photographers cover the first 24 hours, but the wall-art shots — the ones you will print, frame, and keep forever — come from week one or two, in a calm space, with a specialist who knows how to pose safely and light gently.
Chain studios often rotate staff and lack newborn-specific handling. We don't. Aline is childcare-qualified, certified in newborn posing safety, and has photographed hundreds of Northern Beaches babies. Every prop is laundered, every surface sanitised, and every 'pose' is composited from two safe frames with a spotter within arm's reach.
