Why twin newborn sessions need a specialist
With one newborn, you have a single sleep window to work with. With twins you have two, and they rarely line up. A twin session is really a series of small windows — one baby settles, then the other, then, if you are lucky, both at once for the frames every twin parent wants. That is why we book three to four hours instead of the usual two, and why we never schedule another family after you.
Twins are also more likely to arrive early, and early babies are smaller, lighter and more delicate. Aline holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and spent seven years in NSW early-childhood rooms before the studio. She is trained in newborn posing safety and infant first aid, and fully insured. That background matters more with two babies than with one.
