Aline holds a Diploma of Early Childhood Education alongside her professional photography background. Every session is calm, baby-led, and unhurried, with feeding breaks, settle time, and full prop and wardrobe access included.

Common questions.
- How many people can I bring?
- The studio comfortably fits up to 12 — parents, kids, grandparents. For larger family gatherings, an outdoor location or your own home works beautifully and there is no upper limit.
- What if the kids don't cooperate?
- They never do, and that is the point. We work in movement, not poses — the frames that feel like your family are usually the in-between ones. Snacks, breaks and a slower pace are all built in, and Aline spent seven years in early-childhood rooms before the studio.
- What is the best time of day for family photos with young children?
- Morning sessions suit toddlers and babies, before the day catches up with them. Late afternoon suits school-aged kids and gives us golden light outdoors. We will suggest a window once we know everyone's ages.
- Can we do an outdoor session?
- Yes — Mona Vale Beach is on our doorstep and we travel free across the Northern Beaches, from Manly to Palm Beach. Mornings and the last ninety minutes of light only for outdoor sessions; we will guide the best window for the season.
- What should our family wear?
- Coordinate rather than match: two or three soft, neutral tones across the group, natural fabrics, and no large logos. You will get a what-to-wear guide when you book, and we are happy to look at photos of your options beforehand.
- What happens if it rains on an outdoor booking?
- We move you into the Mona Vale studio or reschedule to the next suitable window at no cost. We make the call together the day before so nobody is packing the car in the wet.
- How long does a family session take?
- Around 60 to 90 minutes for a standard family sitting, longer when there is a newborn or extended family involved. There is no clock-watching — we finish when we have what we came for.
- Do you photograph extended family and grandparents?
- Often, and they are some of our favourite sessions. We photograph the whole group first, then break away into each family unit, the grandchildren together, and the grandparents on their own.
- How much does a family photoshoot cost?
- Sessions start from $590 + GST, or $389 + GST with 8 hand-retouched digitals under the Founding Families PLUS limited offer. Most families invest between $800 and $1,200 once wall art or an album is included. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- When do we get our photos?
- Two retouched previews within 24 hours, then a video reveal within a week of the session to choose your favourites for hand retouching and to order any prints, canvases or albums.
