The studio is in Mona Vale — Studio 11/89 Darley Street, ground level, with on-site parking directly outside. For Mona Vale families that means no drive at all, which matters more than it sounds when you are five days postpartum with a newborn in a capsule.
It is a purpose-built ground-floor showroom that is entirely yours for the length of your session. Warm, quiet, with a couch, a kettle, a private corner for feeding, and a full wardrobe of maternity gowns, newborn wraps and neutral textiles you do not need to bring anything for.
Mona Vale also gives us the best of both worlds within minutes: the Basin, the beach, the headland and Bongin Bongin Bay are all a short drive if you would like to finish the session outdoors at golden hour.

Wide, soft sand at the southern end and calm water at the Basin — the easiest beach on this stretch for families with toddlers.
Mona Vale headland
Grass, sandstone and open sky. Best in the last hour of light, and forgiving on windy afternoons when the sand is unpleasant.
Bongin Bongin (Mona Vale) Bay
Sheltered and shallow. Good for maternity sessions where you want the water in frame without wading into surf.
Winnererremy Bay Reserve
Big grassed area and a shaded playground, which makes it the practical choice for extended family groups with young children.
